Scope of Work:
The TikTok Phase 1 project required a comprehensive mechanical fit-out to ensure efficient heating, cooling, and drainage systems for a large office space. The scope of work included:
Heating and Cooling Systems:
- Supply and installation of full heating and cooling systems.
- Installation of 520 Fan Coil Units (FCUs) distributed across 7 floors.
Drainage:
- Supply and installation of condensate drainage systems for all FCUs.
Key Deliverables:

- Efficient and effective climate control across all office spaces.
- Installation of pipework to 520 FCUs to ensure optimal heating and cooling performance on all 7 floors.

Condensate Drainage:

- Ensure proper removal of condensate water to prevent water damage within the space.
