Scope of Work:
The Uniphar project required a comprehensive mechanical fit-out to ensure precise temperature control and reliable water services for pharmaceutical storage. The scope of work included:
Heating and Cooling Systems:
- Supply and Installation: Installation of fully controlled heating and cooling pipework systems to maintain optimal temperatures.
- Multifunctional Heat Pumps: Utilization of 4 multifunctional heat pumps to provide efficient heating and cooling.
- Air Handling Units: Integration of temperature-controlled air handling units to maintain the required conditions for pharmaceutical storage.
Domestic Water Services and Drainage:
- Water Supply: Supply and installation of a fully comprehensive domestic water services system across the warehouse, offices, and staff facilities.
- Drainage Systems: Installation of effective drainage systems to ensure proper waste water management.
